Mild steel sheet outer chamber with powder coated paint finish. 75 mm gap between the walls, filled with graded glass wool for appropriate insulation, avoiding heat losses. Internal chamber fabricated with ribs, help in adjusting shelves to a suitable height. Provided with 2 or 3 removable shelves. Shelves are made of Stainless Steel Sheet. Insulated Door fitted with heavy hinges. Door has double glass window, facilitating in the inspection of samples. Heating elements are made of high-grade nichrome wire for constant temperature. Temperature Control: Excellent Temperature Control with graded capillary type thermostat, from ambient to 80 degree C. Temperature control knob is progressed in centigrade degrees, after observing the temperature in stable state. Fitted with L-shaped prismatic glass Thermometer on top of Incubator, ideal for reading the temperature of chamber. Ventilation: Air ventilators provided on both the sides.
